She helped us at every step in our house selling process, from identifying the ideal price range, mapping out a sales timeline, providing us with a list of recommended service providers to prepare our house for the market, and photographing and listing our property. She has excellent communication and was always available to speak with us and answer questions, and she is a joy to work with -- friendly and enthusiastic, but also no-nonsense and serious about doing a great job.
